Noah co-leads Arkmont’s investment strategy, and oversees corporate growth initiatives, and the operational success of Arkmont investments.
Noah previously served as COO and Managing Director of Atlas Real Estate Partners, a $1.8B AUM, Southeast multifamily-focused investment firm where he oversaw corporate growth and operations, executed new investments and developments, and served on the investment committee. Prior to Atlas, Noah was a Director of Acquisitions at Angelo Gordon (now TPG), a $74B multi-strategy investment manager. Noah has held additional roles at Domio, Bank of Texas (BOK Financial), and MMA Realty Capital.
Noah received a B.B.A. degree from Emory University Goizueta Business School and an M.B.A., with honors, from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Noah is a CFA Charterholder.

Eric co-leads Arkmont’s investment strategy and oversees investment origination and execution efforts, responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and closing of new acquisitions.
Prior to Arkmont, Eric was a SVP at Lendlease, a publicly traded, vertically integrated global real estate platform. There he was responsible for strategic growth initiatives and investment decisions, scaling the firm’s U.S. investment management platform. Eric started his career at JPMorgan Investment Management, where he began in asset management before transitioning to acquisitions, and spent time working directly with the real estate group’s CIO on strategic initiatives and asset class expansion.
Eric holds a B.A. in English Literature from Georgetown University and an M.B.A in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
